Q. How long before my work will be completed and sent to me?

A. The time to produce excellent results for your custom package depends on a number of variables - and most of all on your ability to electronically provide all your necessary information. Once we have everything we need to get started, we can deliver the following:

 Updates to resumes in existing electronic format - one business day

 Résumés Only - two business days

bullet

 Complete Packages - four business days

bullet

 PowerPoint Presentations - two additional business days

 


 

Q. What are your hours?

A. We are available from Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Eastern Time.

Due to the electronic nature of the services we provide, we work with clients from all Canadian time zones. We can generally accommodate hours that fit your specific circumstance.


 

Q. My needs are RUSH. Can you help?

A. We are always pleased to consider your RUSH needs and can usually meet your requirements. Additional charges apply for such requests.


 

Q. Do we always communicate by email, fax, and phone?

A. Many of our clients are located 1000s of kilometres from our office. Thanks to the electronic options available, it is exceedingly effective to communicate by email and telephone.


 

Q. When and how is payment made?

A. The full amount of your package is paid in advance through an INTERAC Transfer or, if you prefer, a bank account deposit. You will get an e-receipt for your payment.


 

Q. Why don't you accept credit card or debit payments?

A.  Experience has shown us that faxed or emailed credit and debit information frequently contains typos or is illegible. This creates frustrating delays for you. As well, in these days of increasing credit card fraud, you will find that interac transfers and direct deposits are more secure.
